What Is Josh-On Capsule?
Josh-On is an Ayurvedic capsule for men from Ultra Healthcare, built on six classical ingredients: Ashwagandha, Safed Musli, Shilajit, Kaunch Beej, Kesar and Swarna Bhasma. How Do You Take Josh-On Capsules?
Two in the morning and two in the evening. Your physician may set a different amount for you.
After breakfast and after dinner suits most routines. Warm milk or plain water both work.
A missed capsule is a missed capsule. Taking two together does not make up for it.
Rasayana formulations are taken as a course, not as a quick fix. Decide the length with your physician before you start.

Is This Ayurvedic Capsule Safe To Take Every Day?
- Adults only. This is an adult formulation. Keep it away from children.
- Kaunch Beej and L-DOPA. Velvet bean seed contains levodopa, the same molecule used in Parkinson’s treatment. Tell your doctor you are taking it if you are on any neurological or psychiatric medication.
- Swarna Bhasma is a mineral preparation. Bhasmas belong under the supervision of a qualified Ayurvedic physician, and only from a licensed manufacturing unit. Do not exceed the printed dose on the assumption that more gold means more benefit.
- Ashwagandha cautions. Avoid it in pregnancy and while breastfeeding. Speak to a doctor first if you take thyroid medication, sedatives or immunosuppressants.
- Tell your doctor about every medicine you take. This matters more here than with a single herb product, because six actives multiply the ways an interaction can happen.
- This is not a substitute for medical care. If you have a specific health concern, see a doctor about that concern rather than treating yourself with a tonic.
- Storage. Keep the bottle closed, in a cool dry place, away from direct sunlight.
