Ayurvedic Joint & Muscle Pain Relief
Oils, roll-on, syrup and capsules for everyday joint, knee, back and muscle discomfort. Formulated by a doctor and made in our own AYUSH-licensed, GMP-certified units in Panchkula.
Choosing the right format
The knee that stiffens after a long day. The shoulder that aches when the weather turns. The lower back that protests after one wrong lift. Ayurveda has worked on this kind of everyday discomfort for centuries, using warming herbal oils applied directly to the site and mineral-rich formulations taken internally.
| Product | Best for | How to use |
|---|---|---|
| Ortho-D Pain Relief Oil | Deep massage on larger areas such as back, knees and legs | Warm slightly, massage 10 minutes, twice daily |
| Ortho-D Plus Roll-On | Targeted relief on the move, with no mess and no hands | Roll directly onto the area, 2 to 3 times daily |
| JointFix Syrup | Internal joint and bone support alongside topical use | As directed, after meals |
| Bone Grow Capsules | Longer-term bone and joint nutrition | As directed with water |
Most people start with an oil or roll-on, then add an internal formulation if discomfort is recurring rather than occasional. If you are not sure which applies to you, our comparison of Ayurvedic pain relief oil versus roll-on walks through both.
How Ayurvedic pain oils actually work
Traditional pain oils infuse herbs into a carrier base. Applied with massage, they warm the area and improve local circulation, which is why technique matters as much as the oil itself. We have explained the mechanism in more detail in how Ayurvedic pain oil works on muscle pain.
When to see a doctor instead
Ayurvedic support is for everyday aches and stiffness. Joint pain that comes with swelling, redness or fever, or that wakes you at night, needs a doctor rather than a massage oil. Pain following an injury should be assessed before you apply anything. These products are not a substitute for medical diagnosis or treatment.
Common questions
How long before I notice anything?
Topical oils act on the area within minutes of massage. Internal formulations work gradually and are usually taken over weeks.
Can I use the oil and the roll-on together?
Yes. Many people use the oil at home in the evening and keep the roll-on for daytime.
Is it safe alongside my existing medication?
Ask your doctor first, particularly if you take blood thinners or are managing a diagnosed joint condition.
Which one should I buy first?
For occasional aches, start with Ortho-D oil or the roll-on. If discomfort returns week after week, pair a topical with JointFix syrup or Bone Grow capsules.
Is delivery free?
Yes, on all prepaid orders across India.
