And what Bone Grow will not do
It will not increase your height. Height is set by growth plates that fuse in the late teens, and no capsule reopens them. Under Schedule J of the Drugs and Cosmetics Rules, 1945, “improvement in height of children/adults” is a claim no product sold in India may make. Despite the name, this is a bone and joint support formula.
It is not a calcium and multivitamin supplement. This formula does not contain added magnesium, boron, zinc, silica, or vitamins A, C, D or K. If your doctor has told you to take calcium or vitamin D, this is not a substitute for that.
It is also not a treatment for osteoporosis, arthritis, spondylitis or a fracture, and it is not a replacement for prescribed medication or a doctor’s assessment.

How to Take Bone Grow
One capsule, twice a day
As printed on the carton, or as directed by your physician. Do not exceed two capsules in 24 hours.
Take it after food
Taking it with a meal is gentler on the stomach than an empty-stomach dose.
With a full glass of water
Swallow the capsule whole. Do not open or crush it.
Complete the course
Ayurvedic support works over months, not days. One pack of 2 is a 30-day course.

Precautions and Medicine Interactions
- Do not exceed two capsules in 24 hours, or take it for longer than intended, without your physician’s advice.
- On thyroid medication? Ashwagandha and guggul can both affect thyroid hormone levels. Speak to your doctor before starting.
- On sedatives, or medicines for anxiety or blood pressure? Ashwagandha may add to their effect. Ask your doctor first.
- Autoimmune condition, or on immunosuppressants? Ashwagandha is not usually advised. Please check first.
- Not for use during pregnancy or while breastfeeding.
- Not intended for children or anyone under 18.
- Not suitable for vegetarians — contains eggshell-derived bhasma.
- If you have kidney disease, kidney stones, high blood calcium or liver disease, consult your doctor before use.
- Discontinue and seek advice if you experience nausea, stomach upset, or any unusual symptom.
- Do not use if the seal is broken or the product is past its expiry date.
