If you’re unsatisfied with our products, simply return the unused/unopened bottles within 30 days after receiving your order with its invoice under our return and refund policy.

Condition of Item
If you receive a damaged or faulty product, please immediately inform our Customer Service team to initiate a prompt return and resolution process.
Return Received & Inspected
We will notify you via email regarding the acceptance or rejection of your refund.
If accepted, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment.
Timeline
Expect the credit to be applied to your account within 7–10 business days after the refund has been processed by Ultra Healthcare.
Non-Refundable Charges
Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
